Absentee / Telephone Bid Authorization Form

Can’t stay or attend the auction, you can still participate by submitting an absentee or a telephone bid using the form below. This is a legal and binding contract.

Absentee Bid: Tell us what item you wish to bid on and a comfortable maximum bid amount. We'll bid competitively for you to try and get your item for as low as possible up to your bid amount. If it sells for less than your bid, you'll get it for that lesser price.

- Minimum absentee bid is $10 subject to auction approval.

Telephone Bid: If you'd like to bid live during the auction but can't attend, we can phone you when your item comes up and bid with you live, over the telephone.

- Telephone bidding for auction is subject to auction approval.

All bids/authorizations using this form must be submitted for approval not later than 1 hour prior to the stated auction start time. Always contact the office to verify receipt. This is a courtesy service the auction provides, auction is not responsible for errors or omissions of bids received.

NOTE: As a security measure, bidders agree that every card submitted is authorized for $1.00 to ensure the card is valid.

While we make every effort to execute your bid(s) correctly, we cannot be held responsible for error or failure to execute your bid. We contact all successful absentee/telephone bidders next day following auction. Or, you may call the office at (856) 467-4834 to check on your bids.
